How does a man truly love Jesus and fight sin in his life? What does it look like to be a good husband? How can a man lead his family well? What do good dads look like? How does a man carry out the mission God’s given him?

These are the questions we’ll be answering together at the 2011 Kaleo Men’s Conference. Open to any man who wants to grow, we’ll spend time together wrestling in the Scriptures asking God to form us and shape us into the kind of men He’s called us to be.

The conference will run from 7:00 – 9:00 on Friday night (September 16th), and from 8:30 – 3:00 on Saturday (September 17th). The cost is only $12. Please feel free to invite friends to join you!

About our Speaker

We’re grateful to have Pastor Ray Ortlund joining us this year. Ray taught at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois, for nine years. He has also pastored churches in California, Oregon and Georgia. Ray holds a Ph.D. from The University of Aberdeen, Scotland. In addition to a number of essays and articles, he has published five books. Ray also participated in The New Living Translation and the English Standard Version of the Bible. He contributed the introduction and study notes to the book of Isaiah in The ESV Study Bible.

Ray is the President of Renewal Ministries, a Regional Director in The Acts29 Network and serves on the Council of The Gospel Coalition.

Most importantly, Ray has a tremendous heart for Christ. His passion and zeal are contagious. Ray has been married to Jani for over 38 years and has four adult children.
